You must also not forget to check the Uri Query box. Here is the way to do this :

<br />2. Navigate to the Web Site (default : Default Web Site)
<br />3. Properties.
<br />4. Go to the log properties
<br />5. Extended properties
<br />6. Check Uri Query
<br />7. Apply
